Our Return Policy allows for exchanges and refunds on purchases made directly through our company. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the date of receipt. Items purchased in the Sale section of our website are final sale and are not eligible for return.

All returns must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the original tag still attached. All merchandise must be unworn. We can only accept returns that are in the original, resalable condition. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be deemed non-returnable and will be denied. Please allow 5-7 days from the date we receive your return for processing. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Holiday Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your berlebo Purchase! If it’s not quite right, we can help! For purchases made during the holiday season, we have a 60 day return policy.  

Please Note:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached. 
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Discounted / Special Offer items cannot be returned unless damaged (including MYSTERY BAGS or MYSTERY CAPS).
  • Returns/ Exchanges are only accepted if purchased through berlebo directly. 
  • Any Caps sent back inside a plastic bag will not be refunded/exchanged. 

Standard Policy

For online purchases through the berlebo website (outside of the holiday window), returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date. More information for exchanges and returns is below! 

berlebo Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges as long as the product was not on sale, discontinued, visibly worn, washed, or damaged. Please note that Mystery Promotions are considered on-sale items and are not eligible for exchange. Promotional items are not exchangeable.

If the size you ordered doesn’t fit or you’d like a different design, click the link to begin the exchange process. Please allow up to 14 days for processing after we receive the returned item. Our customer care team will reach out if we have any questions.

If the value of your exchange is less than the returned item(s), we’ll refund the difference according to our return policy. We do not charge for shipping on exchanges.

berlebo Return Policy:

We accept returns for store credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on items purchased directly from us, as long as the product is not on sale, discontinued, visibly worn, washed, or damaged. Mystery Promotions are not eligible for returns. All sales of gift cards and promotional items are final.

For a full refund, the product must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note: If a discount was applied to your purchase, the refund will reflect the discounted price, not the original price of the item.

To help us continue offering quality products at fair prices, a restocking fee of $7.00 will be applied to each return. This fee helps cover the cost of handling and restocking returning returned items. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Once your return request is processed, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
